An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Property Manager to join a high-performing, well-established real estate team based on the Bayside.

This role is perfect for someone looking to build or further develop their career in property management, working within a supportive environment that offers hands-on training and clear progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and complete detailed reports
• Prepare entry and exit condition reports
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with tenants and trades
• Assist with leasing duties, including open homes and application processing
• Manage keys, signage, and general field-based tasks
• Provide administrative support to the Property Management team

About You:

• Previous experience in real estate or property management (preferred, however open to entry level based candidate's also)
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or working towards
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication and a customer-focused approach
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
