You will be working alongside a Lead Sales Agent and their team of three on the North Shore, providing trusted executive support within a results-driven, high-performing team. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just keep things moving - they uphold and elevate the standard.

In this role, you will:

• Orchestrate complex calendars, property tours, client meetings, and campaign logistics with precision
• Act as a key liaison between agents, buyers, sellers, and external stakeholders
• Anticipate team and client needs, resolving issues proactively to keep transactions on track
• Prepare property reports, marketing proposals, contracts, and listing documentation with strong attention to detail
• Support the team across campaigns, listings, and sales processes from start to finish
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a high-performance sales environment
• Drive operational efficiency through CRM management and process improvements

What you bring:

• Experience supporting a high-performing agent or team in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organisation, communication, and attention to detail
• Confidence to take initiative and work autonomously
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence
• Previous real estate experience essential
