Take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio across Western Sydney, specialising in industrial property. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to step into an autonomous role offering variety, stability, and growth potential.

About the Role

You will be responsible for end-to-end management of a varied commercial portfolio, ensuring assets perform at their best. Using Re-Leased software, you’ll streamline operations, maintain accurate reporting, and foster strong relationships with both tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for industrial, retail, and office assets
• Optimise landlord asset performance and maintain strong occupancy levels
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and legislation
• Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor relationships
• Prepare accurate monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts via Re-Leased
• Build and maintain long-term tenant relationships to ensure portfolio stability

About You

You are an organised, proactive property professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You enjoy autonomy and take pride in delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

• Commercial Property Management experience 
• Knowledge of NSW leasing legislation and compliance
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Re-Leased or similar property management software
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
