Our client, a well-established and high-performing property management company in Liverpool, is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join their collaborative and professional team. About the Role:

You will manage a portfolio of circa 800 lots within a team of 11 experienced managers. Our client prides themselves on excellent client relationships, stability, and career development. You will be supported with industry-leading systems, including Strata Master and Smarter, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of residential strata schemes, including financial management, maintenance, and compliance
• Preparation and distribution of budgets, financial statements, and levy notices
• Organising and attending AGMs, committee meetings, and property inspections
• Liaising with owners, committees, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of matters
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and insurance requirements
• Providing guidance to committees on operational, financial, and maintenance matters
• Responding promptly to owner and tenant inquiries and maintaining high standards of service

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Strata Manager
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation, financial management, and compliance
• Class 2 Strata License
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
