With a strong reputation for supporting their team and maintaining high client satisfaction, they are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to contribute to their continued success in a collaborative, well-resourced environment.

Role Overview

Take ownership of a manageable portfolio with full team support to ensure smooth operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio with full support
• Conduct property inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance checks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and contractors
• Handle arrears management, tenancy disputes, and escalations efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager 
• Certificate of Registration or Full Licence in Property Management (NSW)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High-level organisational ability with attention to detail
• Monday-Friday availability and reliable transport for property inspections
