The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio, with support where needed, while delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio end-to-end with support from the team
• Conducting routine inspections and completing entry/exit reports
• Handling maintenance requests and coordinating trades
• Managing arrears and tenant communication
• Preparing lease documentation and processing applications
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems

About You:

• Previous experience in Property Management or as an Assistant Property Manager
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Confident and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage your time and workload effectively
• Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
