Are you an experienced Strata Manager looking for a step up in your career? Our client, a well-established and respected strata management company based in South Sydney, is seeking a Senior Strata Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of 20 schemes (1,500 lots). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing team while managing a substantial and varied portfolio across residential and commercial strata, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full responsibility for a portfolio of 20 schemes, including 1,500 lots, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Managing and supporting owners, committees, contractors, and residents to deliver outstanding service.
• Preparing budgets, levies, reports, and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
• Organising and attending meetings, including AGM’s and committee meetings, while maintaining compliance with strata legislation.
• Leveraging Strata Master and Strata Connect to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing growth of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in strata management, with a strong understanding of legislation and best practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schemes and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and excellent relationship management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with owners, committees, and contractors.
• Proficiency in Strata Master and Strata Connect is essential.
