The Opportunity

This role is suited to someone seeking balance, autonomy, and a supportive team environment. You’ll be working with a clean, local portfolio, supported by modern systems and a leadership team that values efficiency and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a portfolio of 80 residential properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handling maintenance, arrears, and lease renewals
• Routine inspections and ingoings/outgoings
• Tribunal preparation and attendance where required

About You

• Previous experience in Property Management
• Strong knowledge of NSW legislation 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident using PropertyMe software (or similar)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Must have a class 2 license (Real Estate)
