The Certinia Administrator is responsible for day-to-day administration and support of implementation projects on the Certinia system

Core Responsibilities:
Support implementation and optimization of solutions on Certinia
Serve as a business partner to Avance stakeholders in Finance and Operations by providing training and support to optimize their use of Certinia
Provisioning of user accounts, licensing, roles and permission across business systems and monitoring our usage ensuring we do not exceed our license allocations.
Manage support requests from inception, triage, allocation and resolution. Be the point of contact and communication for issues
Develop efficient platform solutions to business problems using flows, Lightning components and APEX codes
Support the control and quality of the data within assigned business systems
Setup and develop dashboards and reports as required within business systems
Identify suitable system enhancements and feed them into the tracking and prioritization process, advocate on behalf of users
Participate in User Acceptance Testing, executing tests, feeding back results and advocating the customer experience.
Develop and maintain documentation on Avance business processes and system architecture.
Work with cross functional teams to gather requirements, write user stories and advocate prioritization of user stories
Support the Salesforce Platform Lead in training and development of Avance employees
Support the Salesforce Platform Lead in development and maintenance of user documentation
