Position: Customer-Focused Dispatcher (Evening - 2pm or 3pm start)
Location: Calgary, AB (Remote)
Salary range: $45000 - $55000
 
Objective:
Ensure efficient coordination of service and installation dispatch while delivering exceptional customer support to clients across Metercor’s operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Dispatch Coordination
• Manage incoming customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and online portals.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians for meter installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, customer interactions, and service schedules.
• Proactively communicate with customers about service updates, expected arrival times, and any delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as necessary for efficiency.
• Follow up on completed service requests to ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
