• Compounding & preparation: Precisely prepare IV solutions and TPN orders following strict pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Quality & compliance: Conduct inspections to ensure all compounded solutions meet rigorous safety and quality standards.
• Inventory & operations: Maintain stock levels, verify production components, and assist with labeling, packaging, and cleaning.
• Technical expertise: Perform validation, calibration, and microbiological monitoring to maintain strict operational standards.
• Team collaboration: Work under the Pharmacy Supervisor and Pharmacists, while independently managing tasks.
