POSTION: Service Business Manager
LOCATION: Maple Creek, SK
SALARY: $95000 - $140000

To fulfill the vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Business Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Maple Creek, SK. The successful candidate will direct and coordinate the dealership's service activities with focus on customer product support, technician efficiency, departmental profitability, and ensure service operation processes are followed.
 
Responsibilities
This individual’s responsibilities include:

• Working with other departments and the Regional Service Manager to create an effective and productive environment.
• Planning and initiating all service department functions, including attraction, retention, and effective engagement of all department staff.

Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you:

• Are a results-oriented individual with a minimum 5+ years of Management experience in the Ag industry and have a technical background.
• Have proven experience leading, developing, and motivating others, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to achieve results through others.
