Warehouse Associate – Join our team in Calgary

Work schedule:
Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating shifts, giving you a steady routine while keeping things fresh:

• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What you will be doing:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly:

• Order fulfillment: Pick and pack materials and supplies according to order worksheets.
• Pharmacy staging: Handle and prepare raw ingredients in a highly controlled cleanroom environment.
• Inventory management: Use SAP software to track and maintain inventory levels.
• Receiving & quality control: Check incoming shipments and conduct regular expiry date checks.
• Labeling & packaging: Ensure products are correctly labeled and securely packaged for shipping.

What we’re looking for:

• A team player – You enjoy collaborating with others to get the job done efficiently.
• Detail-oriented & organized – You take pride in accuracy and keeping things in order.
• Physically active – Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting between 5-30 pounds multiple times throughout the shift.
• Tech-savvy – Familiarity with SAP software or MS Office is a plus.
• Self-motivated & adaptable – Able to handle changing priorities and work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical warehousing is an asset
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Safety shoes required
