Position: Call Centre Representative
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive wages ($18–$23/hour) based on experience, with benefits available after probation

Job Summary:
As a Call Centre Representative, you will create positive experiences for customers through telephone interactions and email. Your primary responsibility will be scheduling appointments for various installation and retrofit services. As the first point of contact for customers, clients, and business partners, you will play a key role in representing the company. Working as part of the Operations Team, you will collaborate to efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians nationwide while managing queries and online appointment bookings to ensure all appointments are well-planned and executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule installation services and provide general information about the company’s offerings.
- Pre and Post Booking Support: Assist customers with adjusting and coordinating online booking appointments, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Detail Orientation: Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reporting and Administrative Tasks: Perform necessary reporting, mailing, and communication duties as required.
Qualifications: - Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a customer service-related environment; call centre experience is an asset.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate various software systems.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adjust your schedule based on business needs.
- Personal Attributes: Smart, independent, self-motivated, empathetic, solutions-focused, and passionate about supporting customers.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
