Job Title: Branch Manager

About the Opportunity
We are currently assisting a well-established, family-owned dealership that specializes in both construction and agricultural equipment. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead their Listowel location. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving branch performance, and leading a team of over 30 employees. You will ensure the dealership operates efficiently, maintains the highest standards of safety and quality, and delivers outstanding service to customers in-store and on the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of over 30 employees to deliver superior service and performance
- Manage the daily operations of the dealership, ensuring smooth, efficient processes
- Implement improvements across store operations, focusing on continuous growth and customer satisfaction
- Oversee safety, quality, and presentation standards of both the dealership and its equipment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
- Identify business development opportunities and foster long-term partnerships
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve both operational and strategic business goals
About You:You are a results-oriented leader with experience in managing both people and operations. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills, combined with your background in the construction and agricultural industries, make you the ideal candidate for this role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications: - Proven leadership and people management experience, preferably in the construction or agricultural sectors
- Strong understanding of construction and farm equipment operations
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of building lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement and business growth
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and levels of an organization
- Positive attitude and a commitment to achieving business goals
