Locations: Burlington, ON & Toronto, CA
Salary Range: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 Annually

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support the growth of our HR function. This role will help ensure the seamless operation of HR processes, from employee onboarding to benefits administration and recruitment efforts. As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the employee experience, strengthening company culture, and driving HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Qualifications To thrive in this role, you bring:
- 3-5 years' experience in HR administration, recruitment, or people operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Determination and hustle are in your DNA.
- Your verbal and written communication skills allow you to interact seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with HR tools like ADP, ATS systems, and SharePoint is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating a supportive and engaging employee experience.
- Our business moves quickly. You can navigate change while applying lessons learned to help our team grow and succeed.
Responsibilities As an HR Coordinator, your day-to-day will include:
- Benefits Administration – Oversee SunLife benefits and enhance the employee experience through onboarding and ongoing programs.
- Employee Records Maintenance – Maintain and update employee records in ADP, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and alignment with payroll processes.
- Employee Engagement & Wellness – Assist in organizing and promoting initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Policies & Procedures – Support the development and updating of HR policies to align with company values and legal requirements.
- Interview Coordination – Schedule and coordinate interviews (in-person and virtual), providing a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Work Location - Based at our Burlington HQ, with a strong in-person culture that fosters growth and collaboration.
