What you will do: As a Project Leader in Regulatory Affairs Labelling, you’ll report to the Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs Labelling and play a critical role in managing technical regulatory activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving regulatory excellence: Provide strategic input on Health Canada requirements and ensure timely submission approvals.
- Project leadership: Lead your projects and those of assigned associates, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborating with health authorities: Liaise with Health Canada during the submission process to achieve successful approvals.
- Mentoring & training: Train and guide associates to meet submission quality standards and maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge.
- Continuous improvement: Develop and implement systems and SOPs to streamline regulatory processes and adapt to evolving regulations.
What you will bring to the table: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (Master’s degree preferred). A regulatory affairs certification is a plus.
- Experience: 5–8 years in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, with at least 2 years in project or personnel management.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Canadian labelling regulatory requirements and Health Canada guidelines.
- Skills:
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and regulatory systems.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Personality: Motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a passion for continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.
