Location: Stanfield, AZ - NTCNA - AZ 7815 North White and Parker Rd, Stanfield, AZ 85272
4 ten hr shifts - either Sun - Wed or Wed - Sat 5am - 3:30pm - must be open to either as Nissan will decide on the schedule
Position will move to 2nd shift in about a year
MVR Required 
 
**Update based on candidates submitted** - this is not a test driver position - it is more operations related.  Will handle the actual track operations, support drivers, manage track safety, etc.  High performance driving experience is helpful,

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support Traffic Safety as needed to:
• Review Test Course Booking Forms; Attend Test Course Scheduling meetings; Test team safety Observations
• Support test course activities
• Special events (high speed, closures, key person rides)Track observation
• Support Driver Training as needed to:
• Perform driver training
  • Support driver training by setting up/tearing down driving course
  • Ability to use instrumentation in the training vehicles

 
1. Job Knowledge and Skills:
 
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• Advanced driving skill a plus (high performance and precision driving).
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Flexible work schedule

 
2. Years of Experience:
T2 level - need maturity and some previous operations experience.
 
3. Education and Training:

• High School Diploma
• Driver’s License - MVR required
• Must be willing to train on ATC Fork-Lift.
  
  Additional Notes from Launch
  
  MVR required for Driving, and they need to train on the forklift – will train onsite
  
  Check track condition, get anything cleaned if it needs to be, close tracks one at a time if necessary for cleaning activities,   Keep in touch with TC (track control)   Ok’ing track control to put track on “caution”, make sure gates are ok   They are empowered to shut down the track   They need to be mature and confident to manage track safety. Might be the first report on the track if there is an incident or accident
  
  Good mechanic would be good – not required, but would be a benefit. High performance or precision driving would be a plus
