We have partnered with an Agriculture equipment dealership and we're searching for a dedicated and experienced Agriculture Equipment Technician to become an essential part of the team. As a vital contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our farmers have the reliable equipment they need to feed the world.

Position Overview:

The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of agriculture equipment. This role requires the Technician to be responsible for high efficiency through proper diagnostic/repair, documentation, and effective communication. Duties will consist of both shop environment work with a team of technicians, as well as on-site field work directly with customers.

What you'll do:

• Equipment Maintenance: Utilize your technical skills to perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of agricultural equipment, from tractors and combines to harvesters and more.
• Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Put your problem-solving skills to the test as you diagnose issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to keep our equipment running smoothly.
• Technical Expertise: Your in-depth knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other complex machinery components will be essential in maintaining peak equipment performance.
• Customer Interaction: Collaborate with our clients, providing technical advice, addressing concerns, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our services.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and service schedules, contributing to organized and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Ag or Heavy Duty Journeyman Ticket
• Several years experience working in an equipment dealership, preferably ag
