Key Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with products, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
• Assist customers by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and locating items in the store.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring aisles are clear and shelves are tidy.
• Scan and bag groceries accurately during checkout, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor product quality and expiration dates, removing expired or damaged products from shelves.
• Handle customer transactions and process payments accurately.
• Assist with inventory control, including receiving deliveries and restocking items.
• Keep track of merchandise shortages and report them to management.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
• Follow store policies and procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous grocery or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
