Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, introduce the menu, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely service.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks in an organized and professional manner, adhering to restaurant standards.
• Menu Knowledge: Stay knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and potential allergens, to answer guest questions confidently.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Upselling: Suggest additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Payment Handling: Present bills, process payments accurately, and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
• Table Maintenance: Monitor assigned tables, refill drinks, clear dishes, and ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff, bussers, and hosts to maintain seamless service.
• Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

• Experience: Prior experience as a server or in customer service is preferred but not required; we’re happy to train enthusiastic candidates.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, carry heavy trays, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus but not required.
