Job Title: Parts Person

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay: Range $23.00-$25.00/hour Depending on experience
About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-oriented Parts Person for our client at their Alliston location, a family-owned dealership specializing in agricultural and construction equipment. You will be a key member of the Parts Team, ensuring customers have the necessary parts to maintain their equipment in optimal working condition. In this role, you will assist with sales, inventory management, and the efficient operation of the parts department.
Essential Duties:
- Provide exceptional counter sales service to both internal and external customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and accuracy
- Assist with verifying, stocking, and ordering parts to ensure timely availability
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure the parts control system is updated regularly
- Promote and merchandise parts and accessories to enhance sales and improve the customer experience
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and efficient, fostering a positive work environment
What You Will Need: - Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment is a strong asset
- Previous experience with inventory control systems and basic computer skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping customers
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
