Position Type: Full-time, Temporary (Monday-Friday)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain heating and ventilation systems in various storage facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installations and troubleshooting.
• Test electrical circuits and components, ensuring systems are leak-free and fully operational.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues such as refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, and thermostat malfunctions.
• Collaborate with contractors and clients to meet project specifications and budgets.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including using protective gear and working in confined spaces.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, time taken, and costs incurred.
• Train apprentices and supervise junior technicians.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and technological advancements through training and continuing education programs.

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with some post-secondary education in HVAC technology (certificate or diploma).
• Hands-on experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
