Your role:
As an Agricultural Parts Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers have the parts they need to keep their agricultural equipment running smoothly. This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, with Saturdays during high season and on-call responsibilities).
Key responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service to create lasting relationships.
• Organize and maintain a well-stocked and efficient parts inventory.
• Recommend additional parts to improve repairs or services for customers.
• Manage shipments, prepare restocking orders, and keep inventory updated.
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers via phone and email.
• Keep service truck inventories accurate and assist with additional tasks as needed.

What you bring to the table

• Strong knowledge of agricultural parts and machinery, particularly row crop equipment.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems is an asset.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Tech-savvy with strong computer and organizational abilities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; forklift certification is a plus.
