What Your Day Might Look Like: - Safety First: Adhere to EHS policies, procedures, and safe work instructions
- Pack & Roll: Prepare and pack finished products with precision
- Quality Matters: Maintain meticulous daily and quality control documentation
- Troubleshoot & Maintain: Basic troubleshooting skills to ensure machinery runs smoothly
- Record & Report: Keep detailed records, complete production sheets, and hourly reports
- Minimize Waste: Keep the machine running efficiently while minimizing scrap
- Adapt & Learn: Perform roll changes and autonomous maintenance on the machine
Qualities That Set You Apart: - Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Math Maestro: Strong math skills for production data calculations
- Mechanical Marvel: Aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems
- Detail Detective: Keen attention to detail and excellent record-keeping
- Skillful Hands: Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Noise Navigator: Comfortable in a noisy environment - PPE is a must
- On the Move: Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle - no transit
