Job Title: Module Team Leader Location: New Westminster, BC Department: Manufacturing & Distribution Centre – Production Type: Full-Time / On-Site

Must Have: Experience of a team lead in a manufacturing and production for atleast 2 yrs.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Motivate and coach your team, distribute work efficiently, and foster an open, positive culture.
Standards & Efficiency: Maintain high levels of workmanship and efficiency.
Production Monitoring: Verify daily production requirements, provide progress reports, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor raw materials and coordinate replenishments.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication within and outside the team.
Timesheets: Ensure accuracy in employee timesheets.
Machinery Operation: Operate machinery and model production excellence.
Safety: Promote a clean and safe working environment.
Future Opportunities
Skill Development: Expand knowledge of different model types and production management principles like Lean and 6S.
Leadership Growth: Take accountability in the absence of the Module Supervisor and manage employee performance.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in an apparel factory environment.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of clothing construction.
Skills: Attention to detail, strong English communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and adaptability.
Independence & Teamwork: Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify root causes and develop solutions.
Passion: Strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor activities.
Assets
Language: Fluency in a second language.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Arc’teryx products.
Activities: Interest in activities for which we make products.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in computer use.
Compensation
Starting Pay: CAD$23.60 per hour.
