Service and Technical Support Engineer
JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Service and Support Engineer primary responsibilities are the customer Service Contract’s technical support (phone and/or on-site), managing the service phone calls and supporting the Technical Writers to meet project deliverable deadlines. Additional controls engineering responsibilities may include research; estimating support; component selection; network design; panel design review; layout; device troubleshooting; PLC and HMI programming; on-site installation and debug; and after-sales support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
