About the Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced SAP Security Consultant to support the design, build, and optimisation of secure SAP environments within a large-scale consulting environment. This role focuses on SAP GRC Access Controls and Identity Management, requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to operate across complex enterprise landscapes.
You will play a critical role in delivering secure, scalable identity and access solutions while advising stakeholders on best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test SAP security solutions with a focus on GRC Access Controls
• Implement and support SAP Identity Management (IdM) solutions across enterprise environments
• Integrate IdM solutions with HR systems and other platforms
• Deliver end-to-end SAP security lifecycle activities across multiple projects
• Identify security gaps and design effective remediation strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex defects and system issues
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into secure solutions
• Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven SAP IdM and GRC experience across at least 4 full end-to-end project lifecycles
• Strong experience delivering complex Identity Management solutions
• Demonstrated integration experience with HR systems
• Technical expertise in:
  • T-SQL
  • JavaScript
  • SCIM protocols
  • LDAP technologies
• Hands-on integration experience with:
  • SAP HANA
  • Active Directory
  • SCIM
  • LDAP
  • BusinessObjects (BO)
  • Identity Provisioning Service (IPS)
  • Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to design and implement solutions aligned to business needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes under tight deadlines

Eligibility Requirement

• Active NV1 AGSVA security clearance is mandatory
