1) Project Manager (SAP HANA) – Overview
We are seeking experienced SAP HANA Project Managers to support a major Defence program delivering critical ERP uplift, migration, and business transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HANA delivery across scope, schedule, cost, risk and governance
• Manage Defence stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall)
• Drive program reporting, RAID, milestones and release planning
• Ensure compliance with Defence security, quality and project controls

Key Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated SAP project delivery experience (HANA / S/4HANA preferred)
• Strong governance, leadership, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in Defence or government ICT programs highly regarded
• Relevant PM certifications (PRINCE2 / PMP / Agile) desirable

2)  Application Architect (SAP NextGen Technical Innovation) – Program Overview
We are looking for Application Architects to shape and deliver next-generation SAP solutions supporting secure, scalable Defence enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Define application architecture, patterns, and integration approach
• Provide technical leadership across SAP and cloud-enabled platforms
• Align solution architecture to Defence ICT standards and security requirements
• Guide development teams and assure design quality across delivery phases

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven architecture experience across SAP HANA landscapes (S/4HANA ideal)
• Strong integration knowledge (APIs, middleware, enterprise systems)
• Experience designing for security, resilience, and performance
• Architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar) desirable

3) Package Consultant (SAP HANA Application Security) – Program Overview
We are seeking SAP Application Security Consultants to support secure design and implementation across SAP HANA environments within a Defence program.
Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP security roles, authorisations and access controls
• Support security design, hardening, and audit readiness
• Work with stakeholders on access governance and segregation of duties (SoD)
• Support incident resolution and security uplift initiatives

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong SAP security experience (HANA / S/4HANA preferred)
• Knowledge of GRC, IAM integration and security governance
• Understanding of Defence security controls and compliance expectations
• Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement capability

4) EOI – Package Consultant (SAP HANA Analytics) – Program Overview
We are recruiting SAP HANA Analytics Consultants to deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics enablement supporting Defence operational and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver analytics solutions using SAP HANA/SAP reporting tools
• Translate business reporting needs into functional/technical outcomes
• Support data modelling, KPI design and performance optimisation
• Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders

Key Skills & Experience

• SAP HANA analytics delivery experience (SAC / BW / BI exposure desirable)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
• Data analysis and reporting capability in complex environments
• Defence or government analytics delivery experience desirable

5) Package Consultant (SAP FIN CO) – Program Overview
We are seeking SAP Finance & Controlling (FIN/CO) Consultants to support financial process uplift and enterprise delivery for a Defence program.
Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP FIN/CO modules aligned to Defence business processes
• Support workshops, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation
• Assist testing, deployment and hypercare support
• Collaborate with integration teams and finance stakeholders

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven SAP FIN/CO implementation experience (S/4HANA ideal)
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (GL, AP/AR, controlling, reporting)
• Experience working in regulated/government environments preferred
• Strong documentation and stakeholder capability

6)  Package Consultant (SAP HANA SCM MM) – Program Overview
We are looking for SAP SCM MM Consultants to deliver materials management capability supporting supply chain outcomes across a Defence program.
Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP MM processes (procurement, inventory, materials)
• Conduct workshops, requirements analysis and process design
• Support integration with logistics, finance and warehousing functions
• Participate in testing, deployment and operational support activities

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong SAP MM consulting experience (HANA/S/4HANA preferred)
• End-to-end procurement and inventory lifecycle experience
• Defence / government logistics experience desirable
• Strong stakeholder engagement and functional documentation

7) Package Consultant (Enterprise Architecture – Business Transformation & Change) – Program Overview
We are seeking EA / Business Transformation & Change Consultants to support strategic change, operating model uplift and enterprise transformation delivery within Defence.
Key Responsibilities

• Support transformation planning, business readiness and change impacts
• Develop artefacts: operating models, roadmaps, governance and delivery plans
• Engage senior stakeholders to align strategy, delivery and adoption outcomes
• Support benefits tracking and organisational change delivery

Key Skills & Experience

• Business transformation/change experience in complex programs
• Exposure to Enterprise Architecture methods or strategy consulting
• Strong stakeholder engagement and structured communication skills
• Defence/government transformation experience highly regarded

Clearance Requirement: Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
Baseline clearance required (minimum) with NV1 preferred (or eligibility to obtain).
Location: As per program requirements (on-site / hybrid may apply).
