About the Opportunities Our government clients are seeking VMware capability across projects including:
- Data centre uplift and consolidation
- Hybrid cloud integration & VMware Cloud Foundation
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) uplift with VMware Horizon
- Software-defined networking using NSX-T
- Resilience, DR and security posture enhancement
- Project and BAU support in secure government environments
Roles include:
- VMware Systems Engineers & Administrators
- VMware Architects & Senior Consultants
- Horizon / VDI Specialists
- NSX-T Network & Security Engineers
- vSAN & Storage Engineers
- Hybrid Cloud & Automation Engineers
Who We're Looking For You may be an experienced VMware professional, or you may come from a related background such as:
- Cloud engineering (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Infrastructure / systems administration
- Networking and security engineering
If you have strong foundational ICT experience and
would like to specialise in VMware, we can support your development through:
- Free VMware training resources
- Hands-on labs and guided learning pathways
- Certification preparation support (VCP/VCAP)
Experience across any of the following will be valued:
- VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, Horizon or Cloud Foundation
- Infrastructure design, deployment and optimisation
- HA/DR, performance tuning and capacity management
- Secure or regulated environments
- Automation (PowerShell, PowerCLI, Python)
Security Clearances: Baseline, NV1 or NV2 are highly regarded.
Clearance sponsorship is available for eligible candidates without current clearance.
