The Team
The Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice is one of the market’s foremost teams, specialising in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation, international arbitration, and regulatory investigations. The Sydney team has led some of the most high-profile corporate cases in recent years, with experience across disciplines including:

• Anti-corruption and regulatory matters
• Arbitration and commercial litigation
• Banking disputes and financial services
• Fraud and class actions
• Projects and construction disputes

The Role
The team are seeking an Associate with 4+ years post-qualification experience to work alongside senior partners and an accomplished litigation team.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising on complex commercial litigation and contentious regulatory matters
• Supporting cross-border disputes and multi-jurisdictional cases
• Working with clients such as financial institutions, corporates, and insolvency practitioners
• Managing matters with strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
• Engaging in client relationship management and business development initiatives
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members to foster professional growth

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A strong background in commercial litigation
