The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne. You will be part of a highly regarded practice, working alongside industry-leading partners on complex, market-leading disputes and restructuring matters.

The Team

This practice is one of the firm’s largest groups in Australia, recognised for it's depth of experience in complex commercial litigation, class actions, and restructuring & insolvency. The team is regularly instructed by major national and international organisations across a wide range of industries. Matters span commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, insolvency, white-collar crime, and high-stakes litigation.

Lawyers in the team benefit from direct client exposure, meaningful involvement in matters, and the chance to collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s extensive global network.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years post qualification experience' as a Associate or Senior Associate in commercial litigation
• Experience in a top-tier, mid-tier or leading international law firm (preferred)
• Outstanding analytical, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage responsibility for those relationships
