We are seeking an experienced Manager, Portfolio Oversight with experience in superannuation or financial industry. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening and operationalising the FICC Portfolio oversight framework, consistent oversight and high-quality challenge across performance, risk, cost and investment process and working with the Senior Manager, FICC Portfolio Oversight in order to uplift the utilisation of BlackRock’s Aladdin analytics by enhancing the data, tooling and workflows that support daily monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
Enhance and optimise the use of Aladdin risk and performance analytics within oversight workflows, including data validation, methodology alignment and dashboard specification.
Uplift the technical capability of the FICC Portfolio Oversight function, working in partnership with FICC Capability & Strategy Team experts to design and embed scalable analytical and data processes that support a unified, whole‑of‑FICC oversight view.
Help develop the capabilities needed to deliver consistent and repeatable oversight processes across all FICC sectors, ensuring analytical depth and alignment with evolving governance needs.
Contribute to the design and operationalisation of oversight data structures, analytical workflows, and reporting logic across risk, performance, cost, and exposure domains.
Develop robust technical methodologies and templates for core oversight activities, including performance deep dives, risk diagnostics, investment process assessments, liquidity and exposure analysis, and cost analysis, including support for end‑to‑end CTC visibility.
Provide subject matter expertise and direction to support the build of scalable reporting tools, dashboards and automated workflows, ensuring they are set up to deliver clarity, consistency and actionable insight.
