This is an opportunity to join a high-performing operations team focused on managing and remediating member-related incidents in compliance with Fund policies and SIS regulations.

Duration: 6 months

Location: Melbourne or Sydney (remote work option is available).

• Active management of a portfolio of member operations incidents. 
• Complete timely remediation of incidents. 
• Create and maintain incident records. 
• Oversight of business incidents and breaches managed at third parties. 
• Oversight and approval of remediation and rectification activities in accordance with Fund policies and practices. 
• Develop and oversee communications to impacted members or businesses on incident and remediation outcomes. 
• Hold third parties accountable to agreed plan and deliverables through active oversight and timely escalations. 
• Decision Registers and delegated authorities. 
• Ensure relevant legislative and organisational requirements are met. 

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in incident and remediation management, preferably within superannuation.
• Deep understanding of superannuation operations, including regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Sound knowledge of SIS Act and SIS Regulations.
