We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager/ Change Manager to join our client, a leading name in the superannuation industry.

This role is responsible for leading a project to operationalise a new administration agreement. The agreement introduces material service uplifts and enhanced delivery obligations, requiring the fund to establish robust oversight, monitoring, and governance arrangements.
The Senior Project Manager / Change Manager will lead the fund-side project, ensuring the administrator delivers against contractual commitments, internal stakeholders are aligned, and all agreed deliverables are implemented effectively.
Duration: 6 - months contract
Location: Melbourne or Sydney (remote work option is available).
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the administration agreement operationalisation project, independent of remediation activity.
Establish and manage project governance, reporting, RAID logs, and executive updates.
Change & Stakeholder Management:
Drive organisational change arising from the new agreement, including operational, governance, and oversight impacts.
Oversight & Assurance Enablement:
Support the establishment of enhanced monitoring and oversight mechanisms required under the agreement.
Strong experience in superannuation, funds administration, or financial services operations.
Proven ability to manage third-party administrators and hold vendors accountable to contractual commitments.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-stream projects with senior stakeholder exposure.
Strong governance, reporting, and delivery discipline.
