Qualifications and Experience (Ideal but not essential):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within the Superannuation sector.
• Profound knowledge of business processes related to Superannuation including product changes, digital transitions, SFTs, Mergers, legislative changes, operational processes, and investments.
• CBAP or similar certification would be advantageous.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and best practices within Superannuation industry.
• Experienced with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc)
