As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support a portfolio of initiatives being delivered for a tier-one client.

Purpose of the Project: This project spans SMS integration, payment processing via administrative systems, and various operational enhancements. The goal is to uplift service efficiency and delivery quality for our client.
(Experience in "Communications & Operations", creating processes for SMS & payment process. Experience in Engage1 is highly advantageous.)
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)
Client: A leading name in superannuation industry
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements across SMS, payment processing, and operational projects.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
Support testing, training, and implementation phases.
Requirements:
Experience in financial services analysis, particularly payment and messaging solutions.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in process modelling tools and agile documentation frameworks.
Ability to liaise effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
