We are seeking an experienced Change Manager/ Consultant with background in Change Initiatives and Oracle Systems.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Change Manager/ Consultant to join our client for a 3-month contract.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experienced in:
o Leading change initiatives, including process re-engineering.
o Enhancing user experience through digitisation, automation, and operational efficiency.
o Quick to onboard and highly proactive.
o Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
o Collaborative, with a strong partnership approach to product, technical, and business teams.
o Excellent communication and engagement capabilities.
Project Overview:
The Project aims to align Oracle systems and processes with best practices, address audit findings, and support strategic goals like scalability. Initial focus areas include Oracle HCM and EPM.
Key Deliverables:
Enhance new hire “pre-onboarding” journey in Oracle.
Review and refine absence leave type calculations.
Deliver critical data structures (July & October milestones).
Uplift Talent and Learning modules.
Review Position Management and colleague change processes ahead of October updates.
Change Manager Responsibilities:
Provide change support across work packages.
Lead communication, stakeholder engagement, and change planning.
Collaborate closely with the Oracle Product Support team and business stakeholders.
Consideration: Experience in superannuation is advantageous but not essential. Alternatively, experience in Insurance, Banking and Finance are also acceptable.
