• Carry out product management activities as requested by the product team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and coordinate product changes.
• Engage with stakeholders and vendors, to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, operations, risk, and finance.
• Navigate the trustee office environment and engage with relevant departments.
• Review and update key documentation including policies, Product Disclosure Statements (PDS), and compliance materials.
• Lead and contribute to initiatives that improve regulatory alignment and operational efficiency.
• Conduct business analysis to inform decision-making and process enhancements.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.

• Knowledge of superannuation products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong product management experience within the superannuation industry is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the superannuation and/or insurance industries.
• Demonstrated Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and documentation.
• Proven Project Management experience, with an ability to drive outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with compliance and policy documentation processes.
• RG146 qualification or compliance with Regulatory Guide 146 (RG 146) from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
