Health and Safety Specialist
  
Location: Greymouth - Stillwater Office
Hours: Part-time (truly flexible – pick the days you work!)

About the Opportunity:
T Croft Ltd, a long-established and successful West Coast business in the transport and logistics industry, is seeking a proactive and experienced Health and Safety Specialist. This role is critical for driving health and safety standards across the business, with a focus on real-world solutions that keep our team and clients safe.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the leadership team to lead compliance, manage risks, investigate incidents, and ensure safety is embedded in every aspect of the business.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven practical experience in a health and safety role, ideally in transport or logistics, where your expertise has made a tangible difference.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, risk management, and incident investigation.
• Ability to lead by example, influence others positively, and promote a safety-first culture.
• A team player who can work effectively with the leadership team to embed health and safety into everyday operations.
• Strong communication skills to train, engage, and inspire others in health and safety practices.
• Proficiency in WHS management systems and MS Office.

While a relevant qualification in Health and Safety is advantageous, it’s your hands-on experience, practical solutions, and commitment to keeping people safe that matter most.
