Topp Services West Coast Limited is seeking a confident and capable Office Administrator to support the smooth running of their busy Greymouth office.
You will play a key role in providing exceptional administrative support to the wider team, ensuring daily operations are well organised and efficient. You will also be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, so a friendly, professional approach is essential.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Invoicing and accounts receivable tasks
Handling BOC & Elgas enquiries and issuing gas bottles and paperwork
Allocating jobs and coordinating staff schedules
Ordering stock and confirming deliveries
Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to assist in-store customers
Managing office supplies and equipment
Keeping the office and showroom clean and tidy
Using Fergus and Xero for daily admin functions
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be self-motivated, reliable, and well organised
Have intermediate software knowledge and confidence with technology
Possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Be proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks
