With a full pipeline of both residential and commercial work, Inscope is after an experienced carpenter who not only knows their trade inside and out but can help guide the next generation coming through. If you're the kind of person who leads by example, solves problems on the fly, and takes pride in producing high-calibre work—you will fit right in.

The Role:
You will be delivering top-quality work on a range of builds, from framing to cabinetry, fix-outs to finishing. You’ll play a key part in upholding site standards, mentoring apprentices, and contributing to a safe, professional crew environment. Hours are Monday to Thursday: 7.30am – 5.00pm & Friday: 7.30am – 4.00pm

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out framing, cladding, fit-outs, cabinetry, and finishing to a consistently high standard
• Read and interpret plans and site specifications with accuracy
• Help younger team members build their skills and understanding of quality carpentry
• Lead by example on safety, site presentation, and workmanship
• Communicate well with trades, site managers, and clients
• Manage tools, materials, and waste efficiently and responsibly

What You Will Bring:

• NZ trade qualification in Carpentry
• Strong experience in both residential and commercial builds
• Confidence to pass on knowledge and support apprentices
• Reliability, initiative, and attention to detail
• Site Safe and First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Full NZ driver’s licence
