Position: Mental Health Clinician Lead -Part-time to Fulltime (up to 37.5 hrs per week)

This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced leader to coordinate and support our Workforce Development Program and Suicide Prevention Service.
The role of the Clinical Lead is to provide program management, operational in-put and leadership for the above mentioned programs. The role will work with the Mental Health & AOD Leadership group who drive the integration of Sonder’s suite of mental health and alcohol and other drug programs as well as other initiatives that are responsive to local needs. In addition to oversight of these programs the role has responsibility for program design, resource allocation, clinical oversight and stakeholder engagement.
You will possess a commitment to the development of learning professionals through the workforce development program ensuring a motivated, safe, positive and integrated learning culture within the program and across Sonder.
Suitably qualified AHPRA, Psychology Board-approved supervisors are encouraged to apply to support the development of a clinical registrar program across Sonder.
Additionally you will possess a passion for effecting change within the community and strive for achievement in an outcome, recovery focused environment. To succeed in this role you will have the capability to lead a team of clinical staff as well, interns and students.
Current and full registration with the appropriate registration authority (AASW, AHPRA or PACFA) or willingness to obtain registration is a must.
