ROLE SUMMARY:
Support ticketing operations. Manage inventory. Help deliver world-class event experiences.
 
We are seeking a highly organised Inventory & Ticketing Coordinator to support the delivery of ticketing and inventory operations across the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences programme. Working closely with the Head of Ticketing & Inventory Management, you will support day-to-day ticketing operations, inventory coordination, ticket allocation, system administration, data management and reporting.
 
You will work across internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders to maintain accurate inventory, support positive customer outcomes and contribute to seamless event-day delivery. As the tournament approaches, the role will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across one of the world's largest sporting events, including supporting event delivery across multiple states in Australia.

You are highly organised and detail-focused, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team and can confidently manage information, systems and competing priorities.  

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when managing data, inventory, ticketing processes and operational information.
• Systems & Technology: Comfortable working with systems and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.
• Operational Coordination: Able to coordinate tasks, timelines and information effectively in a fast-moving event environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.
• Data & Reporting: Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage, check and report operational information.
• Sports & Events: Some experience within sport, major events or event operations would be highly regarded, particularly exposure to event or match-day delivery.
