ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Event Delivery & Account Coordinator to support the planning and execution of world-class travel programmes and major sporting events across Australia.
Working alongside an experienced event delivery team, you will play a central role in coordinating end-to-end travel and event logistics, ensuring all programmes are delivered seamlessly and to a premium standard. This includes preparing key operational materials, liaising with venues, suppliers, and partners, and providing on-the-ground support at events across Australia. You will proactively manage issues as they arise, ensuring a smooth delivery and an exceptional experience for clients and guests.
The brand new role also contributes to post-event reviews and continuous improvement, alongside supporting risk, compliance, and sustainability initiatives to ensure high-quality, responsible delivery across all programmes.
