With the official RWC match schedule set to be released in Feb 2026, STH Group are preparing for the most dynamic phase of the sales cycle. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join the team for the busiest 21 months leading up to the tournament.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion into new consumer markets for sporting events across Australia. In this key role, you will work in tandem with another Senior Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the Head of Revenue to develop and execute forward-thinking, customer-focused sales strategies, developing and implementing diverse package offerings, pricing and go-to-market strategies to optimise revenue opportunities.
You will lead a highly motivated, dynamic sales team, fostering a results-driven culture, building strong client relationships, and showcasing STH's premium product offerings to deliver outstanding outcomes for your clients.
