ROLE SUMMARY:
With the Rugby World Cup 2027 match schedule due for release in February 2026, STH Group is entering a significant growth phase for its Sydney-based team.
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage the full lifecycle of Official Travel & Hospitality Agents (excluding the UK and Europe) for the Men's RWC 2027 Experiences programme in Australia. Partnering closely with the Head of Travel & Tourism, the role focuses on agency onboarding, compliance, and operational excellence, while driving revenue growth through strategic agency relationships.
The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day agency operations, ensure clear and consistent communication, coordinate ticketing and experience delivery with internal teams, and support commercial growth, risk management, and onsite programme delivery.
