ROLE SUMMARY:
The Commercial Growth Lead is a newly created role focused on driving the expansion and diversification of Aktive's revenue streams.
You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing a diverse range of revenue partnerships across services, funding, philanthropy, and commercial. This position drives business development for Aktive's Accounting Services and wider service offerings, cultivates strong relationships with partners, funders, donors, and clients, and ensures high retention through exceptional servicing.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, the role scans for new opportunities, prepares funding applications, negotiates partnership agreements, and ensures seamless delivery of commitments. It also contributes strategic insights, monitors sector trends, and supports a high-performing, values-driven team culture focused on continuous improvement and impactful outcomes.
