ROLE SUMMARY: (12 month Contract)
At IRONMAN, the Marketing team is the engine that powers demand, fuels customer excitement, and drives growth across their world-renowned portfolio of endurance events, brands, and products. IRONMAN are not just about promoting races; they are about building unforgettable experiences and lifelong communities through events.
As Head of Marketing (APAC), you will lead a passionate, high-performing team focused on bringing these events to life in the Oceania region. You'll craft bold, strategic marketing plans that hit athlete participation targets, strengthen the iconic IRONMAN brand, and keep athletes coming back for more. You will report on regional marketing performance and participant registration trends, delivering insightful weekly updates to the central marketing team.
This role requires a dynamic and experienced marketing leader with proven expertise in cross-channel marketing, project management and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic insight, commercial nous and leadership excellence to meet business objectives and elevate the IRONMAN brand in the Oceania region.
