ROLE SUMMARY:
As Client Relations Executive, you will play an important role in improving and managing the entire STH client journey, ensuring a positive experience at every stage. This role focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with STH’s clients to ensure the successful delivery of premium fan experiences.
You will manage post-purchase communications and efficiently resolve customer enquiries, delivering clear, timely responses that uphold service standards and enhance overall client satisfaction. Working closely with marketing, sales, operations and other internal teams, you will be required to boost client engagement, optimise CRM systems, enhance product offering and identify upsell opportunities.
